EAPI is a management support company based in Co. Tipperary, working with businesses throughout Ireland and abroad.

We support and promote the circular economy business model. We believe that we all must aim to maximise asset value by extending the lifecycles of our resources and/or reusing and recycling them as much as possible. Meet Our Founder – Noel Heffernan

Noel Heffernan is the Founder and MD of EAPI with over 35 years of experience in the food and construction sectors. He holds a B. Sc. (Dairy and Food) and a Diploma in Business Management. He has a Green Belt in lean manufacturing and is a manual handling instructor.

His knowledge and qualifications in Management, Health & Safety, Environment, and Energy allow EAPI to offer a range of services to support your business. He is a qualified internal BRC auditor and has trained as an internal auditor of Integrated Management Systems. Noel has experience in the Health & Safety risk assessment and auditing in the processing and manufacturing environment.

He offers clients management support, training, and independent auditing. The focus is on reducing resources and other costs across all aspects of running a business, thereby improving operating efficiencies and the organisation’s impact on the environment.
